H.U.G.S.—Helping Us Grow Spiritually—was born from my own journey of faith, motherhood, change, and learning to make room for myself.

I’m Keisha Jones, founder of H.U.G.S. Wellness LLC. I know what it means to spend years showing up for others while still discovering who you are. H.U.G.S is my way of sharing encouragement as we learn to care for ourselves, recognize our worth, and embrace the women we are becoming.

Through journal prompts, affirmations, and spiritual encouragement, H.U.G.S. welcomes women of all ages and backgrounds to pause, reflect, and grow at their own pace.
